Monstercars is a company that works hard at providing the best possible service for its customers. We have a large store with capable staff, fast delivery, fast response to email and a service desk to answer any questions you may have. Besides selling in our store we now have more and more Monstercars customers who use our online services, we understand that some customers may be worried about warranty in the event that something unexpected was wrong with your purchase. To reassure you that we not only provide the service mentioned above but also have a great warranty policy we will highlight some important aspects of it for you here.
Warranty period
Every purchase on Monstercars has at least 1 year of warranty. You can find the exact warranty period of a product on the product page. Due to the nature of the product sold on this website, we expect a certain degree of expertise and / or willingness to solve any possible issues. Most issues can be solved this way from a distance. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer at all times.
Own repair service
Monstercars has its own repair service with specialised staff to make sure all repairs are taken care of as fast as possible. Repairs are usually undertaken within 1 to 2 weeks.

Own Repairservice
Damage at delivery
We make sure that we pack your order carefully to prevent any damage during shipping. Unfortunately this is not a 100% guarantee that a product won't get damaged during shipping. If this does happen, please contact us and we will make sure you get a replacement product.
Electronic parts
Many of our products have high quality electronic parts. If you were to have an issue with an electronic part, we will send you a replacement for free and you can return the broken part to us. That way your problem is fixed in a timely manner! The exception to this are very expensive electronic components such as an ESC. We will replace these after receiving the broken component from you. Alternatively you could visit our store to have your product repaired. However, often we won't be able to repair it straight away, in that case you leave it with us and we will notify you when your product has been repaired.
