We bought a himoto truck and are very happy about the delivery. After we had a few questions about the product. We got fast and great response to the email we sent. Great and fast service. The car runs great. Our 9 and 11 year old sons are having a great time...

Ordered on Monday and got it on Wednesday. Unfortunately there was a production error, something the store can't do anything about. Contacted them on Thursday and they replaced my hovercraft! This is what I call service that (unfortunately) can't be found that much anymore. Great work guys! Hovercraft is super and a lot of fun!..

Ordered a Monstertruck for my son. The shipping was excellent and very fast; just like you'd expect from a good webshop. And the service is really good too! After a few weeks the truck stopped driving. After an email I got instructions to check if the motor was broken. Perhaps I drove for too long or up hills too much, however according to the customer service the motor should have been able to take it so they sent us a replacement motor free of charge! That's what I call excellent service!..

perfect service
I bought a torche pro amax here and what an amazing little machine!
I'm just looking for a lipo battery and charger to really make it go!
it broke a few times so I just ordered new parts and fixed it, really easy.
I highly recommend it but you should put aluminium parts in around the wheels!..

Because my son doesn't have much experience it broke a few times but the excellent service at monstercars.co.uk means it's back in perfect condition.
I got a nitro buggy for myself because I enjoyed my son's car so much.

what a fast thing, my friend got another one that goes like only 20mph
so i got a faster one. so he said hes getting an even faster one.
i lost my charger though.

My experience with this shop has been really good. Ordered a couple of trucks and got an email that my payment had been accepted followed by an email that the trucks had been shipped on the very same day and the shipping was excellent too. I think the prices in this shop are really good. If you're unsure, just order, I don't regret it and you won't either. I hope this review can help others decide.

This is a SUPER online shop, and one of my absolute favourites. I've bought 2 products from them (a Roboraptor, and an Abrams RC tank), and they were both as advertised, carefully packed, and delivered to me within 24 hours. My kid was so surprised and happy when it arrived by special delivery so fast.
It was, as usual, a smooth and problem-free transaction with MonsterCars. Confirmation of payment and of shipping was done promptly by email. I have total confidence in the service quality of, and the merchandise sold by, this shop.

After I contacted you, you replaced my transmitter for me and that solved the problem. SUPER SERVICE.
If you're unsure about this shop, don't be, just place your order.
You really get to know a company when you have a problem with one of their products.

I'm happy with the service at monstercars. My son got a tank that didn't work very well. I emailed them and they fixed the problem for me. He's very happy with it now. I made two orders and I asked them to just turn it into one order to save on shipping and this was no problem. Thanks again!..

I have to say that I'm couldn't be happier with the service these guys provide. The car I bought turned out to be broken. After explaining the problem to them in an email they sent me the replacement parts I needed.
They solved my problem quickly and correctly and took care of it. It drives great now!..
