Amazing service. Everything is just right! The cars got here in 2 days. They even checked to make sure I had intended to order 2 or whether it was an accident. Super! When they arrived my son managed to crash one right away. Bummer. Ordered replacement parts right away. This took some time because they didn't have them in stock an neither did their supplier. But they kept me updated about it, so thank you for that. My next order will absolutely be a monstercars. If I could have given a higher rating I would have...

Super good service. They politely answered all the questions I asked them via email. So I knew I could order from here. Unfortunately the car we got was broken but they replaced it for us and gave us a little something extra as an apoogy. It's not often you find service this good. Thanks. Good luck with you shop!..

I had an issue with the motor on my mini revo, after some mail communication I sent it back and a few days later I got the repaired car back.

Asked for some extra imformation about the RC 1/10 Truggy Red Firestorm first.
Got a nice reply the very next day.
Ordered the truck immediately. When you order something they keep you updated. Delivery in 2 days.
A spring in my transmitter broke, it still worked but it didn't return the gas to neutral.
I decided to contact them again. Got a reply the next day with an apology and they sent a replacement transmitter.

Had some problems with my ABs on both cars. So they replaced both for me. One was a 27 mhz and they upgraded me to 2.4 ghz for just a small payment. that's what I call good service..

Ordered an E maxx with everything you could possibly want, when I got it it turned out I didn't get sensors although it said I would on the website and on top of that the charger didn't work. So I contacted them and they solved it for me. Then my esc died, would you believe it?! I sent it back and they're sending me a replacement. I'm happy with this help, they got themselves a new customer who'll spread the word!..

Ordered the Himoto 1/10 truck blue beast + 7.2V SC4200mAH NiMH battery yesterday, I got this battery because I read everywhere that the normal battery doesn't last long, I can't wait to get my car. I hope it's fast and strong...

I got the wrong batteries, I ordered 2x 4200 NImh ones but they were out of stock so I got the more expensive 4600s.
Very nice.
I picked white rims but got black ones, the website still had an old picture.
They gave me a motor cooler to make it up to me.
Good job, this is how you keep your customers happy when things don't go exactly as planned.
I'm very happy with this shop and will definitely order from here again...
